£150,001 - £200,000 – £650 plus VAT

£200,001 - £250,000 – £700 plus VAT

£250,001 - £300,000 – £750 plus VAT

£351,000 – £500,000 – £995 plus VAT

Over £500,000 – Individual Quote

 

Surcharge for Leasehold Properties – £300 plus VAT

Bank Transfer Fee £35 plus VAT
Electronic Identification Check £9 plus VAT Per Person
